Privacy Policy
Effective date: January 1st, 2026
ExpressDSP (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit expressdsp.com, contact us, book our photography or video services, or receive work from us.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, event date and location, service preferences, inquiry details and correspondence. Our website inquiry form opens your email application; information is sent to us when you send the resulting email. When you book services, we also collect information needed for agreements, invoices, payments and delivery.
Our photography and video services involve creating and handling images, video, audio and related project files that may identify clients, event guests and other participants.
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, and access times to deliver and protect the website.
2. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and plan services.
- Manage bookings, agreements, invoices and payments.
- Photograph, film, edit and deliver your project.
- Provide support and communicate about your booking.
- Maintain business records, address disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
3. Payments
We use third-party payment processors to process card payments. When you pay through a payment processor’s payment page, your payment details are submitted to that provider. We receive transaction information needed to manage your payment, such as payment status, amount and limited payment-method details. Each payment processor handles personal information under its own privacy policy. Please review the privacy policy provided by the payment processor when making a payment. Please do not send full card numbers or card security codes through our inquiry form or email.
4. When we disclose information
We disclose information as needed to providers supporting website hosting, security, communications, payment processing, file storage and gallery delivery. Photographers, videographers or editors working on your project may receive information necessary for their work. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, to comply with law or legal process, or to protect rights and address fraud or disputes.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Photographs, videos and galleries
We use project images and recordings to perform and deliver the services you book. Public portfolio, social media or other promotional use is subject to the permissions and releases applicable to the project. This privacy policy does not itself grant us permission to use your likeness for advertising.
Gallery access and sharing arrangements are determined for each project. Please share gallery links and access credentials carefully. Contact us with questions about access or the use of a particular image.
6. Cookies and tracking
Our hosting, security and payment providers may use cookies or similar technologies to operate their services and prevent fraud. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect some functions.
We do not use advertising pixels or authorize third parties to track visitors across unrelated websites for targeted advertising on our website. Our website does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Do Not Track is distinct from legally recognized opt-out preference signals; we honor those signals where required by applicable law.
External payment and gallery services have their own privacy practices. Review their policies when using those services.
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to request those fonts, which discloses technical information such as your IP address and browser details to Google. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its practices.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, manage our relationship with you, maintain necessary business and tax records, and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the type of information, the project agreement and applicable requirements. This policy does not promise indefinite storage of photographs or videos.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about your personal information or request access, correction or deletion. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or legitimate business purposes. Any additional privacy rights depend on the laws applicable to you and our business.
If you receive promotional messages from us, you can ask us to stop sending them. We may still send communications needed for an existing booking or transaction.
9. Children’s information
Our website and booking services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 through the website. Children may appear in event photographs or videos as part of client services; applicable permissions and project arrangements govern that work. A parent or guardian may contact us about a child’s information or image.
10. Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
